It's been 4 months since we moved here. The villa was as we say in french 'in it's juice'. There was a lot to do. Now it's almost done.
We are turning a page, and changing chapter. After finding our spot, aligning our lives in consequence, selling everything, moving the rest. Then settling in, renovating inside out, getting organised. We are now ready. Our grand opening is only a couple days away. While Sylvie cleans, and cleans and cleans, I poke holes. Holes for hooks, holes for lighting, holes for decorations, holes for accessoires. We do this for 10 to 12 hours a day, then we take care of the rest. Everyday day is a little adventure on it's own. But we are indeed working on final details now. Bed linen is on it's way and on Monday we get the final pieces of furniture so sometime during next week we will finally be in a position to start posting full views of the apartments. And then we'll let you know a little more about the cars. Nature too is turning a leaf and changing season. We had our morning coffee outside yesterday, as we do as often as possible. But by 10 am we where peeling the layers off one by one, taking our socks off and putting on shorts. We had a impressive 34 Celsius by noon (full sun no wind). New flowers are popping up all over the place. We are awed and amused as we discover each day the speed and variety of bud to bloom development in a multitude of colors. The forecast is for cooler weather these next few days but temperatures will quickly settle in it's summer range. As we complete the apartments our attention will switch the pool and gardens, and our first guests! And maybe, see you soon? Ps: You have a last minute temptation, odd dates or want a short stay?
